These terms apply when you request or book an EPC assessment with AG EPC UK LTD.
Booking requests
Bookings made via our website, email or phone are treated as requests. We will confirm appointment details (date/time, property address, access arrangements) before attendance.
Access and information
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and accurate information required to complete the assessment. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery times.
Fees and payment
Fees may be quoted as “from” rates or confirmed by quote depending on property type and location. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking or invoicing.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a charge where costs have been incurred.

Terms of Service – EPC Bookings
These Terms of Service apply to EPC booking requests made through AG EPC UK LTD. They explain how bookings work, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to complete an assessment.
1) Booking requests
When you submit a booking request, you are asking us to arrange an EPC assessment. A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge it by email or phone and agree an appointment date/time.
2) Eligibility and authority
You confirm you are the property owner, occupier, managing agent, or otherwise authorised to request an EPC and to grant access for the assessment.
3) Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate contact details, the property address/postcode, property type, and any relevant access instructions. Delays or additional visits may be required if information is incomplete or inaccurate.
4) Access and appointment attendance
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas required for the assessment at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access, a re-visit fee may apply and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5) Fees and payment
Where a fee is quoted, it will be confirmed before the appointment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as stated on the invoice/confirmation. Any “from” pricing is indicative and may change based on property size, complexity, or travel requirements.
6) Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge to cover assessor time and travel.
7) Delivery times
We aim to deliver EPCs promptly after the assessment, subject to receiving all required information and there being no issues that require clarification. Timeframes may vary during peak periods.
8) Limitations and reliance
An EPC is produced in accordance with the applicable methodology and the information available at the time of inspection. It is not a structural survey or guarantee of building performance. You should not rely on it for purposes outside its intended use.
9) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses arising from our proven negligence and is capped at the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10) Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12) Changes to these terms
